Kadis d.o.o. is a private company established in 1992 which provides a wide range of training courses and other human resource services. Our key advantage is our complete range of services in the field of Human resource management. Our flexible approach enables us to tailor our activities to each partner. We can provide a total service by covering the entire area or we can support an organization just in certain segments of HRM only. On the other hand, we also have different services for individuals, such as training courses and career counseling.

HUMAN RESOURCE SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT
Success of an organization depends on its people’s skills, knowledge and motivation. Therefore selection and recruitment of the right people is of crucial importance for organizations. Efficiency and flexibility are the reasons why to entrust us with these tasks. Within set deadlines we will find and select people in a professional manner and for our services we offer a guarantee.
For our clients we carry out detailed analysis of the particular work position, we search for suitable candidates, select the candidates, assess an individual's potentials, skills and competences (through psychological testing and other methods) and take care of the placement. We offer a vast database of jobseekers and our own student service.
HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION AND LEGAL COUNSEL
The basic principle applied by our consultants in the field of labor law is to establish a successful, stable, long-term human resources policy for an individual organization. We offer a wide range of services like counseling on rights, obligations and responsibilities arising from an employment relationship; drafting employment contracts; terminating employment contracts; preparation of a company’s general acts; permits for the employment and work of foreigners etc.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING (IN BOTH “SOFT” AND HARD” SKILLS)
For companies and individuals we organize counseling along with the organization and execution of training in various fields. We organize business language courses, computer courses and expert programs for the construction industry plus a wide range of programs for 'soft skills'.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT
We offer assistance in the identification of occupational interests, personality traits and characteristics, abilities and talents by means of psychological and in-depth interviews. We also offer workshops for pupils and their parents in primary and secondary school, for students, for School Advisory Committee (S.A.C.) and others.
JOB SEEKERS PROGRAMS
Kadis is concessionaire of Employment Service of Slovenia and as such a leading provider of trainings and workshops for unemployed job seekers in the central Slovenian region. We conduct different active employment policy programs. Our counselors have a broad range of experience and expertise in identification of individual’s potentials and barriers, communication and group dynamics. We are continuously searching for methods to increase effectiveness of training and employment programs.
INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
Besides providing the mentioned services we are successfully involved in several European development programs (Leonardo da Vinci and Phare). We participate in developmental projects in the field of vocational counseling, employment, education and training. Quality and effectiveness is our high priority and this can be seen (among others) in the results of ICTEM project, which was nominated for Top 50 Leonardo da Vinci projects. We received a Best Practice Award for our ICTEM project on an international conference 'Voice of users in guidance'.
