E - assessment
Outcome of the project will be a package of
questionnaires and tests for testing competences of employees. The tests and questionnaires will be tried out on a pilot group, on a group of employees in a tourist companies. Testing will be available via web in e –form. E-testing includes mainly competences, such as organization and planning, communication, leadership etc., but also knowledge (e.g. languages, computer skills…). E-assessment gives you a chance to gain an insight in potentials and competences of employees.
